HomeMy WebLinkAbout8642RESOLUTION NO. 8642 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, EXTENDING THE TELETYPEWRITER SERVICE AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE COUNTY IOF RIVERSIDE AGREEMENT NO, 34 WHEREAS heretofore the City did contract with the County of Riverside for the operation of a countywide teletypewriter service; and WHEREAS the Chief of Police has recommended that the service be renewed for the period July 1., 1966 to June 30, 1967, with the recommended charge to the City of $136.00 per month, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does declare that the said teletypewriter service shall be continued and the Agreement No. 34 by and between the City and the County be renewed for the period of July 1, 1966 to June 30, 1967, and the charge to the City to be in the amount of $136.00 per month, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution is the concurring resolution referred to by the resolution of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside concerning teletyp- writer service to certain cities within the county.
