HomeMy WebLinkAbout8631RESOLUTION NO. 8631 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A LOT SPLIT I FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF OLEANDER ROAD, NORTH OF SUNNY DUNES ROAD, IN SECTION 19, T4S, R5E, SBBEM. WHEREAS the Planning Commission has considered a request for a Record of Survey to create two M-1 zoned parcels located on the east side of Oleander Road north of Sunny Dunes Road, legally described as Parcels A and B, of Parcel 8, Section 19, T4S, R5E, SBB&M. , R/S 13/27 of Riverside County Records, which is a part of Lot 2, Palm Valley Colony Lands, M.B. 14/652, S .D. Riverside County records ; and WHEREAS the Planning Commission recommends approval for the reason that the proposed lot split will provide two lots which exceed the minimum lot size requirement in the M-1 Zone District; and WHEREAS the City Council is in agreement with the recommendation of the Planning Commission. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does hereby approve a lot split for the hereinabove described property. CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA City Manager ATTEST: F. D.
