IWHEREAS on March 12-13, 1966, while ontour of the United States, H.R.H. , Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, visited in Palm Springs and attended polo matches in Palm Desert; and WHEREAS the success of his visit may be credited to the hard work and endeavors of many local organizations and citizens, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, does hereby express publicly and for the record, its sincere appreciation to the following indi- viduals for their part in making the visit of Prince Philip of England a memorable occasion: Frank Bogert Louis Taubman Capt.
