RESOLUTION NO. 8607
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS,
CALIFORNIA, PERTAINING TO A SEWER AGREEMENT BETWEEN
PETER DOBIES AND THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING AGREEMENT NO. 412.
WHEREAS Peter Dobies has constructed a sewer in Saturmino Drive and
Arenas Road to connect with the City sewer system, and
WHEREAS Peter Dobies has requested a sewer agreement with the City of
Palm Springs to recover a portion of his costs by assessing other
property owners who connect with the sewer,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this City Council does hereby
authorize the execution of Private Sewer Agreement No. 412 between the
City of Palm Springs, California, and Peter Dobies providing for
reimbursement of sewer installation costs.
