GENERAL UPDATES
o Existing Trees:The City has partnered with West
Coast Arborists, an ISA Certified Arborist team. They
are preparing a report with detail on all trees
potentially impacted by this project.
o Circulation & Existing Utilities: City met with the
water treatment plant to explore the feasibility of
relocating the existing manhole at the edge of the
courts – determined the process would likely be
lengthy and cost prohibitive.

area (to the west) is 845’. Bike parking will allow an
alternative to driving.
