Environmental Analysis
The proposed development is a project as defined by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); however, the
project is categorically exempt from further CEQA review as the proposal meets the criteria established in Section
15332 (Class 32 – “In-Fill Development Project”) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines .
Staff Recommendation:
Approve the Development Permit, subject to the Attached Conditions of Approval.
