As a homeowner in Palm Springs since 1986, I am strongly in favor of the Planning Commission approving the
proposed minor amendment to Planned Development District 153 as requested by Oswit Land Trust,
Since the purchase of this neglected property by Brad Prescott, I and numerous other volunteers have cleared out
huge amounts of garbage, invasive species and dead vegetation. This property is loved by many in our community.
Our wildlife deserves a place to call home since they are pushed out and killed daily to build more and more houses.
It is vital to the health of our community and future generations to preserve green space with native vegetation.
