This email pertains to item 4.C. on the Planning Commission agenda for July 24, 2024.
I am an owner of a condominium in Mesquite Country Club, directly adjacent to the
proposed preserve. I strongly encourage the Planning Commission to approve the
proposed minor amendment to Planned Development District 153 as requested by
Oswit Land Trust, subject to conditions recommended by city staff.
