There will be an e-mail with zoom credential sent after registration is complete, in order to access the meeting and offer public comment. Any person who wishes to provide public testimony for an item on the agenda is requested to file a speaker card before the Public Testimony portion of the meeting. You may submit your public comment to the Administrative Appeals Board electronically. Material may be emailed to cityclerk@palmspringsca.gov. Transmittal prior to the start of the meeting will help ensure that your correspondence is fully considered. Any correspondence received during or after the meeting will be distributed to the Administrative Appeals Board and retained for the official record. PASEO LUISA, PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA. RECOMMENDATION: 1. Open the Appeal Hearing and accept public testimony. 2. Adopt Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS BOARD OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, ON THE APPEAL OF JACE BORBA, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4018 E. PASEO LUISA, PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA REGARDING ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION AB0664 ISSUED IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000 AND THE PERMANENT INELIGIBILITY TO OPERATE A VACATION RENTAL IN THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS.” 5. SAN GORGONIO RD., PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA. RECOMMENDATION: 1. Open the Appeal Hearing and accept public testimony. 2. Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS BOARD OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, ON THE APPEAL OF OLIVER GUAN LI, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2240 N. SAN GORGONIO RD., PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA REGARDING ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION AB0583 ISSUED IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000, ADMINITSTRATIVE CITATION AB0679 ISSUED IN THE AMOUNT OF $10,000 AND THE PERMANENT INELIGIBILITY TO OPERATE A VACATION RENTAL IN THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS.” 7. APPEAL OF THE ADMINISTATIVE DECISION OF A SIX-MONTH SUSPENSION OF THE VACATION RENTAL REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE FINE OF $2,500.00 TO ANNA DISTEFANO AND NICHOLAS ROLSTON FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 500 S. FARRELL DR. P96, PALM SPRINGS. RECOMMENDATION: 1. Open the Appeal Hearing and accept public testimony. 2. Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS BOARD OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, ON THE APPEAL OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION AB0681 ISSUED IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,500 TO ANNA DISTEFANO AND NICHOLAS ROLSTON AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION OF A SIX-MONTH SUSPENSION OF THE VACATION RENTAL REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 500 S. BELLAMY RD., PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA. RECOMMENDATION: 3. Open the Appeal Hearing and accept public testimony. 4. Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS BOARD OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, ON THE APPEAL OF DENMARK MANANSALA, FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2292 E. BELLAMY RD., PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA REGARDING ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION AB0644 ISSUED IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000 AND THE PERMANENT INELIGIBILITY TO OPERATE A VACATION RENTAL IN THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS.” 9.
