The homeless sleeping in the waiting area of the baggage and rental car waiting area has been
a problem. Customer complaints of being uncomfortable waiting in that area with the
sleeping/waking homeless people. This area is used by people waiting for Amtrak and MTB
buses they are displaced to outside or around the car rental counters to avoid the waiting area.
