July 10, 2024 DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES January 24, 2024, Commission provided comments to the applicant and formed a subcommittee to work with the applicant. 1.Conformance with the Escena Design Guidelines 2.Building placement creating alternating setbacks, etc. 3.Façade architecture – review for conformance with midcentury, international style, and modern architectural styles 4.Four-sided architecture 5.Consider use of “shared use easements” zero lot line to create more attractive open space. 6.Varied street trees 7.Revised landscape plan to include a dog park in lot D. 8.Revised consolidated landscape plan per above. DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES Proposed forty (40) homes on January 24, 2024: •Three different floor plans Designated as Plan 1, Plan 2, & Plan 3. •Three different elevation schemes designated as Elevations A, B, & C. •All Single-Story Structures •Ranging from 2,279 to 2,402 square feet in size.
