Pursuant to the investigation - at the direction of Detective Dickey [who was assigned 35 duties and responsibilities as the case agent], I participated in a series of interviews with 36 individuals and / or officers who had contact with Weintraub prior to the shooting incident. 37 38 On August 10, 2019, Detective Dickey and I met with the involved shooting officer, along 39 with the officer's legal representative, Kacey Castillo - for the purposes of obtaining a statement 40 regarding the events leading up to the incident.
