I authored a search warrant for surveillance video at the Motel 6 located at 660 S. Palm Canyon Drive in Palm Springs CA. The search warrant requested from Motel 6 surveillance video from the relevant camera that may have captured the officer involved shooting on 8/8/19. The Honorable Judge Counelis signed the search warrant which was issued search warrant # RI0821200199. On 8/27/19, at 1130 hours, I served the search warrant to Motel 6 and was provided the video by Motel 6 Manager .
