The UAS Team was requested in order to 17 photograph and document the area. Deputy Hernandez, Technical Services Bureau Analysist Ruben Aguirre, 18 and I responded to the scene on behalf of the UAS Team and I acted as the Pilot in Command. 19 20 I filed a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), advising our activity in 21 the area. Flights were conducted by Deputy Hernandez and myself using a DJI Phantom 4. 142 pictures were 22 taken of the area. A gridded flight pattern was flown, capturing images of the entire area using Pix4D Mapper. 23 Addition free flights were conducted to capture additional images of the scene. The pictures were loaded onto 24 a flash drive and booked into evidence. The scene had low lighting due to sunset, and no supplemental lighting 25 was used while taking pictures. 26 27 No other actions were taken by the UAS team, and this report is being written to provide supplemental 28 information to the investigation. 29 30 Case Status: 31 OPN/CR-2 32 33 Riverside County Sheriff-Form C 442 Continuation Page (Revised 11-15-2016)
