I met with who is an employee at 2 which is near the scene of the officer involved shooting. In summary, stated that on 3 8/8/19 approximately 1600 hours, a male subject walked into and directly over to another 4 employees workspace ( This employee was not at the business and the workspace was empty. 5 6 said their clients usually greet the employees when they walk in, but this subject did not. 7 , the owner of the barber shop, asked the subject if he needed something. The subject asked "Who 8 sits in this chair". asked the subject why he was yelling in the shop and told the subject to leave. 9 10 The subject walked out of shop and used racial slurs such as "mexicans" and "beaners" and the "N" word. 11 The subject also called the clients in the shop "faggots". estimated there to be 6 barbers with 4 12 clients, and 2 clients waiting. 13 14 Once outside, the subject was walking away when he saw someone recording and got mad. The subject 15 pulled out a knife which thought was a black knife from a distance. The subject held it in an 16 overhand stance. The subject was walking fast towards and said "I'm gonna stab u". 17 wasn't sure if the subject was talking to him.
