Conclusion The “Ocotillo Lodge” meets the definition of a historic district based on Criterion c, e and f of the Palm Springs Historic Preservation Ordinance. The property meets the integrity findings to qualify as a historic district. Recommendation Staff recommends HSPB adopt Resolution #154 recommending City Council designate the “Ocotillo Lodge” as a historic district. Owners’ Position The Owner’s Association for the condo complex submitted the request for historic designation. PLANNING SERVICES DEPARTMENT
