•9/21/22 – City notified owner of default

•Find that proposed agreement meets criteria:
1.Is consistent with General Plan2.Is compatible with uses authorized3.Is in conformity with public convenience, general welfare & good land use practice4.Will not be detrimental to health, safety, and general welfare5.Will not adversely affect the orderly development of property or the preservation of property values
•Recommend City Council approve the proposed amendment
