The property possesses historic integrity to qualify as a Class 1 (“Landmark”) site. Recommendation Staff recommends HSPB adopt Resolution #156 and designate the “Albert Frey Bel Vista Home #3” (1150 N. Calle Rolph) as a Class 1 Historic Site.
