The Public Arts Commission meeting begins at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall Large Conference Room, 3200 E. Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, California, 92262. The purpose of this meeting is to consider an Art Mural Application, Case MUR-2024-0005, submitted by Zion Freeman for an art mural titled "Desert Sun and Palm Tree', which is located on the north and south elevation of the building at 284 South Indian Canyon Drive. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The proposed project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15301 (Class 1 — Existing Facilities) of Title 14, Chapter 3 of the California Code of Regulations.
