A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM
SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT MAP 37935 FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT NORTHEAST CORNER OF BELARDO
ROAD AND MUSEUM WAY, IN SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 4
SOUTH, RANGE 4 EAST.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Palm Springs, at its meeting of January
14, 2021, recommended approval of Tentative Tract Map 37935, subject to conditions;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Palm Springs, (hereinafter the
"City"), at its meeting of January 25, 2023, approved Tentative Tract Map 37935 and a
12-month time extension subject to conditions; and
WHEREAS, DTPS B-3 LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, (hereinafter
the "Subdivider"), has filed with the City a final map for Tentative Tract Map 37935,
identified as Tract Map 37935, in accordance with Section 66458 of the California
Government Code; and
WHEREAS, required Works of Improvements have not been completed by the
Subdivider as of the filing of Tract Map 37935.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Tract Map 37935 is in substantial conformance with the approved Tentative
Tract Map 37935.
SECTION 2. Tract Map 37935 is in conformance with the General Plan
SECTION 3. Tract Map 37935 conforms to all requirements of the Subdivision Map Act
of the State of California.
SECTION 4. Tract Map 37935 is hereby approved for purposes therein defined.
ADOPTED THIS 29TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 2024.
