As per our part, we have installed a camera and a Noise Control System in the property, "Noise
Aware" is the company that will notify guests and us whenever they surpass the decibels
permitted. Disregarding automatic system messages and our messages might entail a
violation of our House Rules and the person responsible will show up in the house to carry
out and enforce our rules or will end up their visit.
The person responsible for responding to short-term vacation rental (STVR) complaints will be
available by telephone and will promptly respond to a nuisance complaint arising out of the
occupancy of the STVR by tenants, their visitors, and/or guests and neighbors. A return
telephone call or text to a complainant within 15 minutes of the initial complaint, and on-site
within 30 minutes shall be deemed “prompt”.
We are committed to a healthy relationship with our neighbors and for safety purposes we only
will accept guests that are over 21 years old and that have submitted through the STVR
platforms their personal IDs. And we won't accept reservations for just one night to avoid
possible parties.
Apart from the local contact person, we have a property manager that will be in constant
communication with guests. And non-cooperative guests will be escort out of our property.
