Disregarding automatic system messages and our messages might entail a violation of our House Rules and the person responsible will show up in the house to carry out and enforce our rules or will end up their visit. The person responsible for responding to short-term vacation rental (STVR) complaints will be available by telephone and will promptly respond to a nuisance complaint arising out of the occupancy of the STVR by tenants, their visitors, and/or guests and neighbors.
