HomeMy WebLinkAboutItem 4 - Additional Materials Ad RA 2Addendum to the Rental Agreement This Addendum to the Rental Agreement is entered into and made effective as of the signing date by and between the Property Owner/Operator and the Guest (hereinafter “the Parties”). The Parties expose the following: 1. Parties subscribed a Rental Agreement for a property sited in 2825 E Verona Rd, Palm Springs, California 92262 which has an effective signing date as of ____________ . 2. That, in this Rental Agreement, there are other applying issues that must be agreed by and between the Parties in this Addendum to the Rental Agreement. 3. The Rental Agreement subscribed by and between the Parties applies and remains the same in every of its clauses. 4. By virtue of that Rental Agreement, the Parties agree this Addendum of the Rental Agreement that contains the following: CLAUSES 1. Parties undertake to act in good faith and diligence in each of their acts affecting to other Party’s property, rights and interests. 2. If any damages are made to the rented property or its additions due to fault or negligence of the Guest or any companion brought by him/her, Guest will be required to compensate the damage itself and the eventual loss of profit. 3. As provided in clause 2nd of this “Addendum to the Rental Agreement”, any lawsuit or claim against the rented property, if done by or because the Guest and/or any companion brought by him/her, the Guest will be required to compensate the damage itself and the eventual loss of profit. 4. Guests or their visitors shall comply with the stated provisions in the Palm Springs, California Municipal Code, especially with those provisions provided in Chapter 11.74 about Noise Ordinance. 5. Breaching the provisions provided in Chapter 11.74 about Noise Ordinance of the California Municipal Code due to negligence or fault of the Guests or their visitors, will be ground enough for evicting the Guest.
