subject matter jurisdiction of the Board. Although the Board values your comments, pursuant
to the Brown Act, it generally cannot take any action on items not listed on the posted agenda.

PARVIN SHIRAVY ARE PERMANENTLY INELIGIBLE TO OPERATE A
VACATION RENTAL IN THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS AND THE
ADMINISTRATIVE FINE OF $5,000 FOR OPERATING AN UNREGISTERED
VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2822 N. AUBURN CT., UNIT 106,
PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA
RECOMMENDATION:
1. Open the Appeal Hearing and accept public testimony.
2. Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS
BOARD OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, ON THE APPEAL OF
ASGHAR SOHEILI & PARVIN SHIRAVY FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
2822 N. AUBURN CT., UNIT 106, PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA REGARDING
ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION AB0356 ISSUED IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000 AND
THE PERMANENT INELIGIBILITY TO OPERATE A VACATION RENTAL IN THE
CITY OF PALM SPRINGS.”
4. APPEAL OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION THAT KIMBERLY KEYS AND
KENNETH ROSENFELD ARE PERMANENTLY INELIGIBLE TO OPERATE A
VACATION RENTAL IN THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS AND THE
ADMINISTRATIVE FINE OF $5,000 FOR OPERATING AN UNREGISTERED
VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2965 E. AVERY DR., UNIT F,
PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA
RECOMMENDATION:
1) Open the Appeal Hearing and accept public testimony.

1) Open the Appeal Hearing and accept public testimony.
2) Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS
BOARD OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, ON THE APPEAL OF THE
ADMINISTRATIVE FINE OF $5,000 TO OG ARABIAN NIGHTS, LLC FOR
VIOLATION OF 5.55.200(A)(3) and 5.55.200(21) OF THE PALM SPRINGS
MUNICIPAL CODE”
