SANTIAGO WAY, PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, CONTINUED FROM THE OCTOBER 26, 2022, ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS BOARD MEETING RECOMMENDATION: Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS BOARD OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, ON THE APPEAL OF RICHARD LANGLEY FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 483 E.
