Minutes of the Regular Meeting of the
Administrative Appeals Board
1.CALL TO ORDER
A Regular Meeting of the Palm Springs Administrative Appeals Board was called to order by
Chair Sinclair on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 5:37 p.m.

3.ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGENDA
By consensus, the Board accepted the agenda with removal of Item #7 due to appellant
requesting to cancel the appeal prior to the beginning of the meeting. MOTION BY VICE
CHAIR PAONESSA, SECOND BY BOARD MEMBER PARKER, CARRIED 4-0 (BASILE
ABSENT)

RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING VACATION
RENTAL ORDINANCE UPDATES: Due to absence of Board Member Basile, board
requested to continue to the next meeting, October 25th, 2023. MOTION BY VICE CHAIR
PAONESSA, SECOND BY BOARD MEMBER KANE, CARRIED 4-0 (BASILE
ABSENT)
10. BOARD MEMBER COMMENTS AND REQUESTS: Requested to Cancel next
regular meeting due to Holiday and will call Special Meeting on November 29th.
