Hello Josh & Maria,
Just following up regarding our phone call from earlier this morning to make sure you have my email address to have
the requested records sent to and contact info should you have any additional questions.
Records Requested:
Signed/Completed City of Palm Springs Vacation Rental Statement of Rules and Regulations forms for all
guest stays/vacation rental bookings from February 2023 to Present (June 2023)
Established Deadline to provide the records as requested:
Tuesday, June 13, 2023, @ 12:00pm, -or- preferably as soon as possible.

Hi Jason, Mitchell, Arwel, and Shantel,
Thank you for your call yesterday, and for the follow up email. We are truly sorry that our tenants (who checked-out
today), caused a neighborhood disturbance with the number of cars that were parked in the driveway.
Maria and I followed up with our management company to get the records you requested. We left a message with
Jason this morning to discuss, but wanted to let you know ASAP that there unfortunately has been a
misunderstanding with our Management company. We were under the impression that they were getting the signed
copies of the Rules & Regulations from each guest, but they have not, meaning that we aren't able to provide you with
them for the rental bookings since February (13 thus far).
We are more than happy to provide you with the "Contract Summaries" for all of those previous guests if you'd like
that info. Attached is the list of the TOT payments we've made for March and April (we are making the May payment
by the end-of-the-week).
Moving forward, we will absolutely make sure to adhere to the following protocol:
1) When a booking is made, we will submit the "Contract Summary" immediately
2) Maria will make sure to receive the signed "Statement of Rules & Regulations" and "Good Neighbor" documents
from all tenants (either via email or DocuSign).
3) Maria will have a Zoom/FaceTime meeting with upcoming guests to review these procedures and ensure they are
adhered to.
If there's anything else you suggest, please let us know as we absolutely want to make sure we are in compliance with
the City of Palm Springs.
Lastly, we apologize for the incorrect phone number for our local contact. Here is the correct info:
