APPEAL OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION THAT NICOLETA SMITH IS PERMANENTLY INELIGIBLE TO OPERATE A VACATION RENTAL IN THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE FINE OF $5,000 FOR OPERATING AN UNREGISTERED VACATION RENTAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1268 E. RAMON RD., #20, PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA. RECOMMENDATION: 1. Open the Appeal Hearing and accept public testimony. 2. Adopt Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS BOARD OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, ON THE APPEAL OF NICOLETA SMITH FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1268 E. RAMON RD., #20, PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA REGARDING ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION AB0511 ISSUED IN THE AMOUNT OF $5,000 AND THE PERMANENT INELIGIBILITY TO OPERATE A VACATION RENTAL IN THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS.” 5. RACQUET CLUB RD., PALM SPRINGS. RECOMMENDATION: 1. Open the Appeal Hearing and accept public testimony. 2. Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS BOARD OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, ON THE APPEAL OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CITATION AB0530 ISSUED IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,500 TO JOSHUA PARKER AND MARIA GRANBERG AND THE ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION OF A SIX-MONTH SUSPENSION OF THE VACATION RENTAL REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 806 E. RACQUET CLUB RD., PALM SPRINGS.” 7. Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS BOARD OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, ON THE APPEAL OF MARTIN CASTRILLO FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2820 N.
