1. Open the Appeal Hearing and accept public testimony.

TO THE CITY COUNCIL REGARDING VACATION RENTAL ORDINANCE
UPDATES: Discussion amongst the Board Members and Council regarding the subcommittee
and duties. Continued from June 28th meeting due to absence of board members.

Attorney to update the Administrative Appeals Board on important items initiated by staff or
