DISCUSSION OF CITY ATTORNEY’S OFFICE MEMORANDUM REGARDING THE LIABILITY OF OWNERS FOR THE OPERATION OF VACATION RENTAL REGISTARTION CERTIFICATE: Discussion amongst City Attorney’s office and the board members. 11. BOARD MEMBER COMMENTS AND REQUESTS: This portion of the meeting is set aside for general comments, announcements, requests of staff, and/or other issues of concern from members of the Administrative Appeals Board. 12.
