RECOMMENDATION:
1. Open the Appeal Hearing and accept public testimony.
2. Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS
BOARD OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, ON THE APPEAL OF
