Adopt a Resolution entitled, “A RESOLUTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE APPEALS BOARD OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, ON THE APPEAL OF JACKIE FISHER C/O SLOVAK BARON EMPEY MUPRHEY PINKEY LLP FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3010 N.
