Comments
Concern about pedestrian safety at Farrell entry
Pedestrian movement from Mobility Hub to
Event Center
Need to define pedestrian/bicycle circulation
through campus 4
Concern with traffic entering the campus,
backing up onto Farrell
Response
• Plan provides a clearly defined path for both pedestrian and
bicycles through the campus north to south, focused along
the western building frontage
• Reduced entry to a single traffic lane in and out
• Farrell Entry drive provides a separate bicycle lane in/out of
the campus
• A clearly defined pedestrian crosswalk is provided at entry
• A traffic study recommends a northbound left turn lane off

• Treatment of vacant areas
• Location of future buildings
• Determining timing and content of future
phases
Response
• The campus is designed to feel complete at end of Phase 1
• Undeveloped areas will be attractively landscaped with a
palette of flowering shrubs and hydroseed mix. (see image
next page)
• Future buildings could be located at northern edge of site,
along Tahquitz, with parking internalized to site
• Content and timing will be based on College's needs
