It's the opinion of this citizen that the City of Palm Springs, California is in violation of several aspects of California's Ralph M.Brown Act. Its been demonstrated that the Citys "Finding to conduct City Council and Board, Commission and Committee meetings virtually under Assembly Bill 361" Have Not been established or shown to be accurate (truthful). Cease and desist with the potential unlawful actions of having remotely performed meeting under pretext allegations.
