CVEP Proposal
•Reduce the amount of space they lease to 788 square feet.
•CVEP will continue to manage the building for the City.
•CVEP would retain all rents collected from non city occupied offices.
•CVEP will grant all furniture fixtures and equipment in the headquarters to the
city of Palm Springs at the end of the agreement.
