Date Activity 2 May 2018 Incomplete plans submitted for review 9 May 2018 First review completed by Fire 15 May 2018 Additional plans provided to complete submittal 17 May 2018 First Zoning review completed 15 May 2018 First review completed by EsGil 3 July 2018 Plans resubmitted 9 July 2018 Plans approved by Fire 13 July 2018 Second review completed by EsGil 18 July 2018 Second Zoning review completed 16 August 2018 Plans resubmitted 28 August 2018 Third review completed by EsGil 28 August 2018 Third Zoning review completed 13 September 2018 Plans resubmitted 20 September 2018 Plans approved by EsGil 24 September 2018 Fourth Zoning review completed Note: At this time, Zoning approval is all that’s left, however, it came to my attention last week that the plans do not accurately depict the scope of the project. The draftsman was notified that the plans need to be revised to show that the building was nearly completely demolished. Seeing as all of the plans that have been reviewed by EsGil showed that the existing dwelling was still standing, it should be pointed out that the plans should be returned to EsGil for a complete review once they are revised and resubmitted…assuming that the draftsman correctly revises the plans.
