Note: At this time, Zoning approval is all that’s left, however, it came to my attention last week that
the plans do not accurately depict the scope of the project. The draftsman was notified that the
plans need to be revised to show that the building was nearly completely demolished. Seeing as
all of the plans that have been reviewed by EsGil showed that the existing dwelling was still
standing, it should be pointed out that the plans should be returned to EsGil for a complete
review once they are revised and resubmitted…assuming that the draftsman correctly revises
the plans.
