NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Palm Springs Municipal Code
§2.50.080(d), of the Appeal Hearing before the Administrative Appeals Board, on the
decision of the Department of Vacation Rental Compliance, Violation of the Palm Springs
Municipal Code 5.25, with respect to vacation rental operations located at
2255 S. Araby Drive.
Hearing Date: Wednesday, September 12, 2018
Hearing Time: 3:30 p.m.
