Subject: DREAM HOTEL STAFF REPORT CLARIFICATIONS (CASE 5.1132-PD

This memo is intended to make a minor correction to a section of the City Council Staff
Report dated June 5, 2023. Specifically, on page 60 of the City Council exhibits, the
maximum height of the South Villas is shown at 44 feet, however, the correct height as
approved by the Planning Commission on September 28, 2022, is 37.2 feet. The attached
exhibits include the correct height as was previously approved.
