HomeMy WebLinkAbout25079RESOLUTION NO. 25079 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING MODIFYING THE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE PUBLIC EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION OF PALM SPRINGS WHEREAS, the City of Palm Springs Personnel Rules state a twelve (12) month probationary period for the classification of Dispatcher. WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City in agreement with the association to add a provision instating an eighteen (18) month probationary period for the classification of dispatcher provision to the current Public Employees Association of Palm Springs Memorandum of Understanding. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the foregoing Recitals are true and correct and are incorporated herein by this reference. ' SECTION 2. The Public Employees Association of Palm Springs is modified to include an eighteen (18) month probationary period for the classification of Dispatcher effective January 12, 2022.
