In this example, Lawrence Crossley is at the 20% cap with 13 registered Rentals and 1 pending to total 14.
If RA 11 would be annexed to the Lawrence Crossley, this would add 200 additional residential units, reducing the project cap of
19.18% to 5.13%. This will impact Lawrence Crossley because if the RA 11 area does not permit Vacation Rentals, we would
permit more in Lawrence Crossley
