Continuance Policy•Request for policy stems from Council direction in January 2020 regarding ways to shorten the entitlement process, including:Reverse order of ARC & PC reviewsReduce # of applications before City CouncilLimit number of meetings•New architectural review process adopted in 2021, along with reducing applications requiring Council approvalDEVELOPMENTSERVICESDEPARTMENTItem 3B - 2
