Outdoor Dining•Outdoor dining continues to be popular as many restaurant guests are still hesitant to eat indoors•The zoning code permits outdoor dining in most commercial districts upon approval of a LUP•Unlike parklets, the zoning code requires that parking spaces be provided for outdoor dining in sidewalk areas and on private propertyDEVELOPMENTSERVICESDEPARTMENT3B - 5
