City Council
Recommendation:
•Refine direction so staff can prepare ordinance toincreaseCouncilMembercompensationandcreateavehiclestipend
•Increase salaries by CPI since 2007,from $29,196 to$41,600 annually
•Consider increase to Mayor’s salary 15-25%more thanCouncilMembers($47,840 -$52,000)
•Create a vehicle stipend of $400 per month

•Providing more staff support
