Full Name/Nombre Michael Alba Huizar City of Residence/Ciudad de residencia Palm Springs, Phone (optional) /Teléfono (opcional) 7604856779 Email (optional/opcional) m.albahuizar@gmail.com Your Comments/Sus comentarios High speed traffic has been an issue on Racquet Club. This has been a red flag in our neighborhood especially because Victoria Park and Vista Del Monte Elementary are next to Racquet Club. For over a year, our neighborhood has asked the City of Palm Springs to address the issue, but so far, we haven’t seen much action. My questions/comments are 1) What defines traffic calming? 2) Can the budget for traffic calming be increased? 3) Can you do more about traffic calming on Racquet Club so our neighborhood can feel safe? We have a major park and an Elementary School, shouldn’t that be a high priority? What other red flags need to be risen so the city can see that it’s a serious issue that need to be address? We see that other more affluent neighborhoods get prioritized, neighborhoods that don’t have a park or school near them. Why is it that we keep getting ignored and not taken serious as a high priority issue? Thank you, City of Palm Springs This is an automated message generated by Granicus.
