Noise attenuation to include new layer of glazing in interior, improve door thresholds, add sealant to door frames, openings and building exterior, and install noise monitoring device•Safety – Security plan reviewed by PS Police and requires staff training, security guards, video surveillance, security patrols of parking lot and maintain adequate lightingDEVELOPMENTSERVICESDEPARTMENT Required Findings – CUP1. Use applied for at the location allowed by zoning code2. Use is necessary or desirable; in harmony with General Plan; is not detrimental to existing/proposed uses3.
