Araby Drive –“El Dumpo” Adobe DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT •Built in 1926; one of few adobe structures in Palm Springs •Meets criterion #3 and #4 •Sufficient integrity for Class 1 designation 2350 S. Araby Drive DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT •Built in 1926 •Also meets criterion #3 and #4 •Sufficient integrity for Class 1 designation 2500-2550 S. Araby Drive –“Hopi Village” DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT •Built between 1929 and 1933 •Meet criterion #3, #4, and #5 •While deterioration is present, sufficient integrity for Class 1 designation HSPB Action •All buildings meet criteria for designation •While there is deterioration of some of the Hopi Village buildings, all buildings have adequate integrity to qualify for Class 1 designation •One of the property owners (2540 S.
