I am a permanent resident but sadly will no longer be doing any business in PS until the City Counsil rescinds its discriminatory vaccine mandate. 1 ° 6 Ito 2l OW, U) HEM NO. Please repeal the vaccine mandate. Numbers are way down and there are many people in our community being hurt by this. Increasingly there is science that shows natural immunity is as good as the vaccine, probably better. And therapeutics exist and more to be available soon that provide effective early treatment. Please repeal the vaccine mandate ! I am fully vaccinated. Thank you. My understanding is that the City Council will decide the name of the new park. Submitting my suggestion of keeping it simple. Something easy for visitors to remember instead of a history lesson. My name is Dave and I live in Cathedral City. I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate Palm Springs keeping the mandate and the Proof of vaccination in place. As you may know Cathedral City dropped their vaccination verification in eating and drinking establishments. I feel this is a mistake. With snowbirds coming down and visitors from across the country heading down here over the next several months it is more important than ever to keep the community safe. I have no intention of visiting any restaurants or bars that do not require proof of vaccination. Palm Springs will be getting my $$$. I was bothered that you are relaxing the mask mandate at village fest. Remember theses people are also walking in and out of the stores. In my opinion it would be simpler and safer to ask for mask at the market. Just a thought. Again thank you. Dave H Sent from my iPhone 101141Z02.1 FU bl iL Lv • ► 1 1 iTf
