Case History•The Preliminary Development Plan, Vesting Map, GPA, and Maj. Arch. applications were approved by the City Council on 7/19/17•An Extension of Time approved 09/11/19•The applicant filed for approval of the Final Development Plan in February 2021; the Planning Commission voted to approve the Final Development Plan on 6/9/21.DEVELOPMENTSERVICESDEPARTMENT

Planning Commission ActionApproved the Final Development Plan subject to:1. Landscape plan approval by PC, ARC2. Turf in dog park3. Revise grading plan for minimal grading of perimeter4. Document existing native trees/vegetation and preserve in place if possible5. Landscape areas shall use indigenous/native planting6.
