Two (2) portable showers located between the Boxing Club building and Arenas Road $ 30,128 City previously purchased mobile Shower / Restroom Trailer for $30,128. The unit has two showers and two restrooms and includes internal water tank and heating element. Additional expenses may be required for wheelchair accessibility. Two (2) portable bathrooms located between the Boxing Club building and Arenas Road - Facility Improvements 6 Two (2) Pod Storage containers to be in parking spaces at the southwest corner of the Boxing Club property and to be screened by corrugated fence with Ficus Hedge in front $ 9,960 Refurbished Storage Container with Cargo Doors. Painted exterior. $4,980 each. Two units requested. 15 x 15-foot pergola with misters to be located at the northwestern corner of the Boxing Club property No electrical or irrigation service in the section of property. Need estimate for contractor installation. Pavers to be installed in the northwestern corner of the Boxing Club property (pergola to be located on the area where pavers are installed) Facility Improvements 7 Grass to be added to the western boarder of the property with shade structures. Corrugated fence with Ficus hedge along Arenas Road (southern boarder) and between the Boxing Club property and Court House parking lot (northern border). A portion of the corrugated fence will also run from the southwest corner of the Boxing Club building to Arenas Road to screen the showers and bathrooms from public view. Corrugated metal is not advisable for this project either, as it creates a line of site issue for security and can be hazardous during high temperature conditions in the summertime, as this metal will conduct heat.
