RE: Item 5-D - Affordable Housing Overview.
CHOC Monarch Apartments were approved in 2018 with no updates since 2019. Has the
project died? Nothing seems to be happening. Yet it was also part of the Modernism Week
Online Experience. Will it ever get built, or is hope for that lost? The neighborhood supports
the project.
