• Unique melding of Brutalist and mid-century
design elements
• Modifications include enclosure of the carport,
addition of a breakfast room, and removal of the
concrete breeze block wall at the pool terrace

• Exterior modifications have compromised the
historic integrity of the building
• Based on those findings, recommended for
"Historic Merit" (Class 2) designation

• Class 2 has the same protections as Class 1
• Class 2 is eligible for the same benefits as Class
(Mills Act contract, plaque)
• Class 2 resources are equally important in
